Terms and Conditions Global30 – Complete Platform Usage Guide

Definitions and Scope

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs the relationship between PT Global30 Indonesia ("global30", "us", "Platform") and any individual who registers or uses global30 services ("User", "Member", "you").

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the global30.app website, mobile app, and all services available through those channels.
• "Account" refers to a registered user profile created through the official global30 registration process.
• "Services" covers all gaming products, betting, financial transactions, and other facilities available on the global30 platform.
• "Balance" refers to funds stored in the user's account and available for use within global30 services.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or other benefits granted by global30 to users in accordance with the applicable promotional program.

This agreement applies to all users accessing the global30 platform from any region, including via mobile devices, desktop, and Progressive Web App. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and global30 regarding the use of platform services.

Account Registration Requirements

To use global30 services, all prospective users must meet the following registration requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Global30 does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• Complete the registration form with full, accurate, and up-to-date information — including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and valid phone number.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion list enforced by the platform or applicable regulators.
• Only one active account per user is permitted on the global30 platform. Holding more than one account under the same name or identity is a serious violation.

Global30 reserves the right to reject a registration application or close an existing account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of applicable terms. Account details can be updated via the Profile Settings menu within the platform.

Account Security and Responsibility

Account security is a shared responsibility between global30 and its users. The platform provides a multi-layered security system including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication. However, users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts.

• Keep your password confidential and never share your login details with anyone, including anyone claiming to be global30 staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection on your account.
• Contact the global30 Support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not access your global30 account from shared devices or unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account. global30 is not liable for any losses arising from the user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the global30 platform — both deposits and withdrawals — are processed through PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways and encrypted using AES-256 standards.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is Rp 10,000 and may only be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the account holder.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will be automatically rejected and funds returned within 1–3 business days.
• Global30 does not charge any admin fees for deposit transactions on the platform's end.
• Available payment methods include local bank transfers, e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja), QRIS, and Virtual Account.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000 and can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the global30 account.
• Users must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal.
• The average withdrawal processing time is 3 minutes; up to 24 hours for cases requiring additional review.
• Global30 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security verification purposes if unusual activity is detected.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

Global30 offers a variety of bonus and promotion programs for both new users and loyal members. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions listed on the Promotions page. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to rollover/turnover requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Rollover requirements are calculated based on the total amount of qualifying bets placed — not merely the deposit amount or bonus value alone.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions.
• Global30 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional program at any time with prior notice to affected users.
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in bonus cancellation and/or account closure.
• Bonus amounts that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the rollover is fulfilled.

The global30 loyalty program awards points for every qualifying bet. Points can be redeemed for bonus credits, free spins, or other rewards as listed in the loyalty program catalog at the time of redemption.

General Game Rules

All games available on the global30 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by international independent testing laboratories, guaranteeing the randomness and fairness of every round or game result.

• Game results confirmed by the system are final and cannot be altered or reversed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, global30 will perform reconciliation based on independently verified server records.
• Users are prohibited from using any software, bots, or automated scripts to interact with the platform during a game session.
• Users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection before starting a game session. Connection issues on the user's end do not constitute grounds for a refund claim.
• The payout percentage (RTP) for each game is available on its respective game information page.

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain platform integrity and fairness for all users, global30 strictly prohibits the following conduct:

• Opening more than one account or registering an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software that interacts with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through the global30 platform.
• Exploiting technical loopholes, bugs, or system vulnerabilities for unauthorized financial gain.
• Coordinating bets with other users to manipulate outcomes or unfairly satisfy bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Spreading false or misleading information about the global30 platform to others.
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's security systems and infrastructure in any way.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the global30 Support team. User-requested account closures will be processed within 2 business days, with any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met requirements) returned to the last payment method used.

Global30 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Detection of any violation of the applicable terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• User's failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified time limit.
• Requests from competent legal or regulatory authorities.

In cases of suspension due to an investigation, global30 will notify the user via their registered email and provide an opportunity to submit clarification within 7 business days.

Limitation of Liability

The global30 platform is provided "as is" with best efforts to ensure service availability and reliability. However, there are certain limitations of liability that all users should be aware of:

• Global30 is not liable for losses arising from service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond the platform's control (force majeure).
• Global30 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• The decision to play and the amount of funds used for playing are entirely the user's own decision and responsibility.
• Global30 does not guarantee winnings in any game available on the platform.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Global30 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time in response to operational needs, regulatory changes, or service developments. Any material changes will be communicated to active users via:

• Email notification to the registered account address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• In-platform notifications displayed upon the user's next login.
• Update of the "Last updated" date on this terms and conditions page.

Continued use of global30 services after the effective date of any changes constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

Responsible Gaming

Global30 is committed to supporting responsible and healthy gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account Settings menu.
• Loss Limit: The automatic loss limit feature stops a gaming session once cumulative losses reach the threshold set by the user.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users can activate a "cooling-off period" of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days that prevents login to the account during that period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel they need a longer break may apply for a permanent self-exclusion, which definitively closes the account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where global30 officially operates. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of global30 services will be resolved through the following mechanisms:

• Stage 1 – Internal Mediation: Users must first submit a complaint through the official global30 ticket system. Our dispute resolution team will respond within 3 business days.
• Stage 2 – Escalation: If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through internal mediation, the dispute may be escalated to arbitration in accordance with applicable provisions.

All terms in this document constitute a binding agreement between the user and global30. Should any term be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that term will be removed without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
